Vanessa Argento

Instructor

Vanessa is originally from northeastern Pennsylvania where she began dancing at the age of 2. Throughout her studio years training, she  won countless regional and national titles and special awards at multiple well known dance competitions; as well as student taught and eventually taught and choreographed for classes of her own.  Vanessa was a member of the “Lil Torches” and “Knicks City Kids” where she danced in Madison Square Garden for the WNBA NY Liberty and NBA NY Knicks professional basketball teams. Throughout her time dancing with these teams, she also had the opportunity to perform on Good Morning America and in the center of Times Square. After high school, Vanessa furthered her education in Dance at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in fine and performing arts. From there, she moved to Orlando, FL and worked in entertainment for the Walt Disney World Company. Vanessa’s true passion is teaching dance in all genres to our younger generations. She wholeheartedly believes in each and every one of her students and hopes to surround them with the same love and happiness that dance has brought her all these years. She has been teaching and choreographing for over 13 years and is very excited to now be a part of the All-Star Dance Company’s faculty.
