Instructor

Dominique Henderson is a passionate educator & creative. Her dance studies outside of grade school (Whitney E. Houston Academy of Performing & Fine Arts and Cicely E. Tyson Community School of Performing & Fine Arts) include Princeton Ballet School, Seiskya School of Ballet & The Ailey School. The styles of dance she’s studied are ballet, modern (Horton Technique & Graham Technique), jazz, tap and African and currently holds a certification in Pilates. Dominique’s performance repertoire includes traditional dance concerts and musicals. One of the things she loves about dance and specifically ballet, is how therapeutic and strengthening it is. Dominique also enjoys helping others, being a mother, Jesus and anything creative. She’s very excited about her journey as one of the ballet instructors at ASDC and helping each dancer create memories toward achieving their personal, professional and ASDC’s goals.
